Just picked this up at an estate sale. Pristine, with about 25 music rolls. I've not seen one before. Sounds great. My collection is too big!20180513_134454.jpg
If that pic is sideways I apologize, it wasn't a minute ago.

I figured out how to play it and make rolls play but the pumping is too hard, maybe the bellows leak; it's hard to inspect them. I may just take them out and have a look. It's virtually untouched as far as I can tell. The little player bellows are good and work to crank the music roll but they seem underpowered. Stop pumping and the music stops immediately.

Looking at the picture it appears that at least the right hand pedal strap is broken. Did you repair that? Pumping with one pedal will not be sufficient for sustained vacuum. However, on an old 'un like this the bellows are likely in need of repairs. Nice find.

Hi Nico, yes repaired the straps, but it still leaks a little. If I can figure how to get the bellows out I'll get busy on it. Of the 25 rolls, about 20 are John Phillips Souza. Plays Ave Maria nicely. 8' and 4', 4 octaves. Nice rosewood of all things.
Anybody know how to remove the bellows?
    Thanks,
    Jesse
