    How do you make your organ sound like this? (Siena Roots)

    These dudes are insane! And I need to be on level.. How? I mean this rich deep screeching organ sound with sharp percussion (I do believe it is, right?)

    That's probably a clone, not an organ.

    Otherwise - get some kind of guitar head (Fender Showman?), a high-powered compression driver, horn adapter, high-powered speaker, earplugs, build a custom crossover and wire it all up.

    A device which will let you install a new horn where the factory one went.

    That is the old Jon Lord Deep Purple organ sound. Line feed from a terminal whose letter and number I forget, into a Marshall. And using the Chorale for the Leslie emulation. Nice for ripping licks, chords start loading up the pre-amp pretty quick, and then ouch, not as nice....
