  • Re: Gulbransen President Organ. Does noy work. Any Ideas?

Hello Jim,           I already replaced the 12 ohm 2 watt resistor and the the 1 ohm 5 watt resistor.  I do not know what knocked out the -35v, but since I replaced the resistor the 35v is stable.  I found a bad capacitor on the F#-E tone board after I replaced the 12 ohm resistor.  The ...

Hello,          I just got a gulbransen president organ.  All solid state, no tubes.  The drum machine on it works perfectly.  The problem is that I am not getting any sound from the keys.  I went around with a meter checking for power and it all seems there, except for a +17v.  ...

Has anyone out there got any ideas for fixing this problem, bearing in mind that I am no technician. I have the Service/Repair Manual for reference if required Thanks ...

Is this larger than a trio organ? More stops? IS there 2nd touch? How about percussions? I am thinking about getting one for $500 just as a fun organ to play on (and learn ...
