    Unknown Voltage Rating For Hammond T-212 Vibrato Amplifier Board Electrolytic Capacitors

    Hey guys, just thought I'd make a separate post on this since I'm having trouble with it and would assume others would also.  I've still got 4 more electrolytic capacitors left to replace on my Hammond T-212's vibrato amplifier board *C801, 807, 808, and 809*  (C804 is a ceramic disc capacitor that I seriously doubt would be faulty).  These are all axial this time....hehe...  I cannot figure out what the voltage rating for these capacitors are.  It's a mystery to me.  Now C808 I know is 25V, it's clearly labeled. But the rest of them look like overcooked hotdogs to me.. lol...  The capacitance for these are as follows:

    C801 = .047uF/?          C807 = .022uF/?          C808 = .56uF/25V          C809 = .1uF/?          (C804/? = .02uF but again probably not important)

    And the capacitor codes are in the following pictures but I haven't been able to find them online.  Perhaps I am looking in the wrong place.  Any help would be appreciated.

    .1uF ,.047uF,.022uF, all 600VDC Metalized Polyester Capacitor, Radial Leads

    .56uF 25VDC Tantalum Electrolytic Capacitor, Axial Leads.  Be sure to observe the Tantalum polarity.

    I just added an OX7 Hammond+Leslie sound to my Allen.  Nice solo sound.

    Need to hook up the Leslie speed switch, though.

    Thanks Al, :))

    Would 200WV caps be ok to use instead of 600WV?

    *Nevermind... I found some 630V caps ;)  They don't show a picture but 11mm seems to be about the right length.... are polypropeylene caps better than polyester or for some other kind of application?  Still hunting the polarized axial tantalum...

    Hey Al :)  Finally got some new capacitors from a local electronics store but there were so many different kinds and some of the boxes didn't list specifics.  Like this cap for instance.  It's .1uF.  It's radial. It's 400V  *should be more than enough right?*.  It looks polyester but I think it's propylene and it doesn't seem to have a polarity.  Am I off the beaten path here?  I've already fired it up with this cap on and it hasn't exploded but nor has it fixed the problem.  Just wanted to know if this particular cap looks in tolerance.

    For real though, the guy threw some caps in the bag that look like gay pride hard candies.  I had to use this nifty javascript calculator to figure out that this was a 4.23 to 5.17 uF    (4.7 uF  +/-10%) 250 volt capacitor.  Not what I need but good to know.. lol.  I'm sure I can find some device that needs a Rainbow Brite makeover.

    Hope you had some good turkey this year.. I ate two pumpkin pies.

    Old and new capacitor C809 of Hammond T-212 vibrato amplifier board.I'm pretty sure the value listed here is NOT what this capacitor is *if you reference the standard capacitor color coding chart*
