Perc doesn't decay in my M-3

Slowly but surely my Hammond is getting together. Now I suddenly noticed that the perc is endless, it doesn't decay like it's supposed to. Does anyone know why that could be ? Fred (fredy2) has been very helpful and has come up with some possible answers; "I would expect the decay thing is either a tube or a capacitor problem
or the kill switch for percussion...or maybe loose cable or wire in the
    circuit."

    Anyone?

Re: Perc doesn't decay in my M-3

Problem solved! I realized that there is a pot shaft on the rear of the amplifier marked Perc. Cutoff.
It was turned all the way left and caused the perc to be without decay. The more I turn it to the right, the more it shortens the perc. Brilliant!
So, my M-3 is up and running! Her name is Nina. Now I only need an old Leslie to go with her. []
    Thanks for all the help.
