Lowrey Symphonic Holiday 4 channel All A's out

I really really like this organ, but when i recieved it all of the A's had some sort of intonation that doesnt sound like the rest of the keys.* This occurs on the upper and lower rows and the foot pedals.* I pulled the back off and its a maze of 30 year old circuits... I understand there is probably some points I can find to clean but need some direction.* The sub is also out, im sure this is replaceable, but what is the rms/ peak/ ohm rating?* I think its an 8" sub....
