Good idea old boy! I haven't a clue about individual churches in Britain, but just to say I made an effort I'm going toguess Winchester.
I've seen threads on other forums wherein members have posted their desktop. Fascinating!

Jason, the colouring of the wood reminds me of St. Paul's in London.
I've got the classic St. Sulpice organ photo as my desktop.
ETA: For extra points, can anyone guess where I'm playing in my avatar? Also in the UK.
