    Will not work for me

I sat at a working Pump Reed Organ. I found out that do to my injury to my leg I can not pump even slow for more than 1 to 2 min. SO looking into putting in a the electric system I saw. The Bellows are gone on the right side and kike new on the left side. they have no holes in them, not new but light does not come out.
SO who has done a conversion! Saving this from becoming a bar!

Proper bench or a chair? It must be a 24" tall bench with an inclined top.

Bench plan, it's about 14 hours if you're good.
