    DTS MIPC-1A MIDI Mode Change flood

    Hi! I am progressing with my VPO project, and got to the point of implementing the stop tab strip. Unrelated to that, though, when trying to get some MIDI info from the MIPC-1A board, using MIDI-OX, I realized that the board is sending a flood of x'B1' (Mode change) messages thru MIDI OUT. Anyone knows why and how to stop it?

    From the DTS documentation

    DIP SW1 SWELL SHOE, The 4 position Swell Shoe DIP switch is Factory set to ON and should be left ON if not used. Tuning (sic) any of the four switch’s (sic) to OFF with no swell shoe pot connected will result is (sic) a stream of midi data.

    Thank you. About an hour ago, I found that info in the manual, but it still seemed that the SW1 were all ON. But after using a bit more force, I was able to flip them (they are really tiny and visually, I could not tell the position). They were all OFF. Not sure how that happened, since I would not r

    ..I would not randomly play with the settings, since I am new to this. Anyhow, thanks for the info.
