You have 12 hours from the time you create a thread or post to delete it. After that you have to ask a Moderator to do it for you. If the thread is simply in the wrong Forum, you can ask a Moderator to move it to the correct area.

Understood. But the trouble is that I accidentally duplicated it in the Leslie section when it was originally put under Hammond Organ!

Not knowing my way round yet (and I'm a newbie who's still finding his feet), mistakes will invariably happen.

Can you delete it for me [in the Leslie section], please? Alternatively, can you delete the same topic under Hammond Organ as well. In which case, I can now start afresh. Let me know when you have done it.

    Thanks.

BTW, who is the Moderator who's going to do that for me?

Send me or a Moderator a private message including links to the posts you want deleted or moved. If you wish to have the thread or post moved specify the destination forum as well.

Here's how to provide a link to your post:

Requests for moves or deletions should be made via private messages, not by posts to the discussion areas.

    OK - I'll do that.

Like I said earlier, I'm a newbie who's still finding his way around....
