    Hal,

Nope, just a turn-of-the-century Victorian--tin ceilings, etc. We restored the house and are 2nd owners. The pump organs are the only ones inside the house because they will fit in those doors (ca. 29"), and up the stairs. One even went in through a front window from the porch. Every room has at least one organ (except the kitchen--don't want grease on it), and some have more (i.e. the music room). We're replacing our garage next year so we can put all the organs in one place--more or less. In effect, my wife is kicking me out so she can have more room for--quilting!

Oh, well. She can have the house just as long as I get the use of a bedroom, bathroom, and have the garage to myself. Should I give her a key? I guess she needs to be able to get in when I'm gone so she can put me in the coffin someday--or just seal off the garage.

The Allens are all placed (2 in churches, 1 at Symphony, and 1 in the garage at home for practice).

They are located in my gallery here: http://www.organforum.com/gallery/th...s.php?album=36. Some of the information is erroneous because I didn't know better at the time (about 12 years ago), and cannot fix it because the Forum underwent a major change years ago which rendered most of the old threads (including my gallery) uneditable--therefore, permanent.

I guess it's a tribute to my learning progress/process--one is never too old to learn. I'm proof of that!

Where do I keep my organs? Everywhere!

I have an extended garage that has quickly become too small, some are upstairs, some in the sun room and some more in the "office". You'll be surprised at how many extra organs you can cram into the space when you dump your double bed - and stick one more into the toilet....

I presently have 23 and have long ago run out of room. Palming them off as I go, I'll hopefully soon have enough room to swing a cat again....
