Yes that's me playing the instruments. I have degrees in piano playing. And yes the feet have been the biggest challenge. Initially I started to learn with the goal of being able to sight read simple pieces hands and feet at the same time. Some days however my feet just don't want to play the correct pedal notes. I am amazed by the level of accuracy some performing organists show!

Well, if it's any encouragement to you, I would have never known you were a pianist converted to organist. Your feet look like you've been doing it for years and years, especially when you're playing Bach. They look pretty accurate to me. Did someone teach you or did you get lesson books and work on your own?
    My hat's off to you!

Thanks, I have gotten about one lesson at the organ. I figured the feet out by using a combination of books like the gleason, davis and the peeters little organ book, they all have slightly different ideas about the pedaling. I just combined them all. When I learned Bach ,to simplify I first learned using only toes and then I added in heels when it made it easier.
