    Volume on L series

I just got an L-122, my first Hammond, oil is fine ( runs quiet) & I put in new tubes. There is very little volume, and the pedal only increases it a little.Putting the white RCA line out from the pedal to an amp does not much either. Any suggestions?
    thank you..

Did you checked the trip pot (gain output) on the main amp ..it might be too low??

Thanks. Yes I have and, it accounts for very little + or - in the output.

You can push in the speakers with your fingers to see if they are blown. Feel and listen for scratching sound when the cone goes in and out. Also, look to see if anyone has worked on the hammond in the past. Check for odd looking soldering and dangling wires.

Thanks for the info. The volume coming from the percussion box is much stronger (2x) than the one I'm picking up from the white rca that comes from the expression pedal. My L-112 is a 1967 and it looks like it has very little wear on it.Lots of dust and it looks like it has not been messed with at all. All the tubes were Hammond. I'm hoping to alter the sound a little and make this into a traveling unit for Blues, Jazz etc..We gig a couple of times a month. Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks.
