Buy yourself the Miditzer 260 perhaps. That has the 'Blackpool couplers' built in for that particular distinctive sound.
You'll need a very rhythmic left hand to pop in those staccato chords in the accompaniment for the fast numbers, and an energetic pair of feet to play a few pedal arpeggios. Watching a few videos of people like Phil Kelsall, Nicholas Martin and Robert Wolfe wouldn't go amiss.
Me, I love all sorts of organ playing but this style is not among my favourites. Can I do it? Sure, and have done so when requested but it's not something I make a habit of!But, each to their own and the style has thousands of devotees.
