S6 power supply should work for a bv power supply?

I was under the impression that running out from a pre into a generic type run of the mill pa setup was a pretty balanced way to amplify the organ especially if your using a leslie sim like the vent,but to each his own,I don't care how unorthodox somthing may or may not be as long as I achieve the sound I want then thats what matters.
