What does a grey box mean in reputation received?

Just found earlier in the thread that grey is neutral and is determined by the administrator based on the person submitting not qualifying to submit reputation feedback. I see that in individual notifications and the comment line indicates no comment -- does that reflect it was blocked or the submitter failed to make a comment?

Yeah, it's a shame it works that way. A newbie comes here for help and has the problem solved, often after a lot of work. Newbie sends a well-deserved reputation comment to those that helped, but it doesn't count...

It means the submitter failed to comment.

Your ability to affect another's reputation increases with your own reputation, but I believe all registered users have sufficient juice to do so from the start. A neutral reputation would result from a non-registered visitor or a user with a neutral or negative reputation (and I don't believe there are any of those.)

    HI
Thanks for the pointer about reputation points.
I have one other question: People show there "Current and History on organs"
How do I add this to my profile ?

You edit your signature in settings. It took me a while to figure out!
