Convert Leslie Control Center to Half moon Switch

My new aquisition, a Hammond C3 and Leslie 122A, came with a Leslie Control Center switch. This double white toggle switch rig is not to my liking and I want to replace it with a two position half moon switch (slow/fast).
The current switch connects to some kind of circuit board rig installed in the organ.

Anyone know how to convert this to a half moon switch?

First I will buy the switch if I can find a good source. Suggestions on that?

    thanks,

See if the circuit board says 6122 on it. If so:

Remove the connector from terminal strip J3 (which goes to the box's speed switch).

Figure out what the other switch connects to and remove that (you may have to remove the contacts from the Molex connector). (I've never installed one of the boxes, so I'm not up on how the other switch connects.)

Connect a wire (18 or 20 gauge will do) to terminal strip J3 pin 1 and another to J3 pin 2. Connect these wires to the half-moon such that when the switch is in the Fast position the switch is closed and connects the wires (and thus pins 1 and 2) together.

Glad to see I'm not the only one that wanted to do this.. but what do you do to provide power? Like I have a B3 connected to a Leslie 771 (the new one) and on the control center I have to press a little toggle switch to power the Leslie on then I can use the speed switch.

Trek II sell an auto power adapter for 11-pin Leslie's. jus installed one recently. Power on the organ and the Leslie powers up too.
