New Posts versus Today's Posts--different results

When I am not logged in, the list of recent posts is called "Today's Posts" and, as the name implies, shows activity within the last 24 hours or so. Any posts that I have made during that time show up correctly here. But once I log in, the list becomes "New Posts" and lengthens to show several days' worth of activity. Any threads in which I have posted seem to disappear from this list--very frustrating if I am trying to check on replies to my posts. Is anyone else having this trouble?

    Don

P.S.: As an example, I just posted to the thread "The 'Best' digital organ to buy for a church" a few minutes ago, but it is nowhere to be found when I look at New Posts; it shows correctly under Today's Posts if I log out.

New posts are just that, posts new to you, ie. posts made since you last visited the Forum. Your own post is not new to you so it does not show up. Any replies to your posts since your list visit will show up in the New Posts.

You can alway subscribe to any thread and receive notifications when there is any activitiy or use the Advanced Search feature and set a date range for your searches.
