Trousdale Organ Co. computer action problems

We have a 3/10 Wurlitzer theater pipe organ (Marion, OH Palace Theater) which has been updated with the Trousdale Organ Co. Model 1082 computer capture action interface unit. This system was purchased and installed circa 1991.

There have always been problems with the crescendo system not working properly and so the problems were "swept under the rug", that is, until now. New blood (me and a couple others) are attempting to get the unit to function as designed.

Attempts at contacting the Trousdale Company have failed... are they still in business??

Anyhow, our main problem is that the crescendo memory will neither clear nor set new memory. The "Display" function operates properly. I've checked all connections and voltages per the schematics and have even substituted the circuit boards, all with the same effect.

I'd love to exchange information with anyone else who has this system and can perhaps lead us in the right direction. Any and all suggestions gratefully appreciated!!
