The Classified Forums are for individuals selling and buying organs and organ related items. Please follow the following guidelines when starting a thread here.

For Sellers & Buyers
  • Under General Settings in your account Settings, check the Receive Email From Other Members, Private Messaging On, Receive Private Messaging From All Members, Receive Email Notification of new Private Messages options.
  • Do not include phone or email information in your listing as this exposes you to spammers and scammers.
  • Use Private Messaging or forum email to contact other buyers and sellers rather than replying to the original ad.
For Sellers
  • Provide model number of item being sold.
  • Provide item age and condition.
  • Provide location of item.
  • Provide asking price of item.
  • If you are not sure what the item is worth, consider posting in the What’s It Worth topic instead.
For Buyers
  • Clearly state what you are looking for.
  • Consider including price you are willing to pay.
  • Use Private Messaging or forum email to contact other buyers and sellers rather than replying to the original ad.
Dealers & Resellers
  • You may post only unique, non-stock, individual items you have for sale, such as used organs or organ equipment.
  • You must provide model, condition, and price of item in your post.
  • You must clearly state that you are a dealer or commercial reseller in your post.
