My Conn organ was damaged during a brownout. The physical organ is in good shape.

A 40 year old non-runner is usually worth zero. However, it is a console and if it's totally beyond repair it may have a value to someone who would gut it and use it to drive a software based organ. Not much, but better than nothing. If you repaired it and it was 100% fine, it would still have a low value. It's a big piece of furniture and they just aren't sought after.
