"From Piano to Theatre Pipe Organ" book?

Hello;

Years ago I visited the library in Ft. Wayne, IN and found the Belwin book of the subject title. I am pretty certain that there were large photos of consoles by the major builders of the time, (Kimball, Wurlitzer). Years later I bought the Vestal Press reprint of that title but was surprised to find only a few console photos in the front, with explanatory arrows and labels detailing the various features.

Does the description of the original sound familiar to you, and any idea where I might find those big photos?

Havent heard of that book but ive read some few good writings of Belwin and his piano music..
