I haven't got that issue, so I'll bid - no bidding wars against me please!

The f3 think rather expensive even later gn9 struggle, think £400-£500 about mark for it at most, the xh200 is rare and also hard to value now. HX5 bit basic nowadays, hs8 probably better organ, real bargains now.

Aha, the 'Earth tone' Wurlis - yes that IS what they called the tab colouring and that was soon changed to 'dirt tone' by the rest of us! I always thought they had a brittle, sharp sound compared to previous series.

Viscount X150 - looks (a bit) like an X66 but sounds like &*!$. Trust me on this one, I tried it -once!

22 bids so far on a B300 at £550+ I smell a rat! Plenty of BS in the ad. £13K for a B300, I think not.

Gully Palace - beautiful sound if you can get it (and keep it) running.

643 with a 710 - only tried it with a 700, but the 710 should make the tibias fizz nicely

KL4 - also known as the Lowrey NL4, but the Lowrey's voicing is better. Kawai built the chassis for both ranges but the Americans did the voicing on theirs. A bit after my time with Kawai and I wasn't that impressed.

The Beta might make a good bargain for a UK Wersi enthusiast

The Apollo - ah, that won't!

The palace was £350, no takers, its £50 organ i think nowadays. Watching the b300 with interest just passed on buying a very nice B200 for £350. The kl4 at £225 is I suspect not going anywhere fast, it is rarity but rarity of little demand and value. I see the rare and collectable lowrey holiday has reappeared for just £100, how that has dropped in just one month, still way to go, particularly looked at the photos of it close up.

I'd half-heartedly consider making a lowball offer on that one, on the off-chance. What deters me is that it will have to be junked completely if it turns out to be faulty. Let's face it, aftersales support for Wersis could charitably be described as crap when they were in business — God knows what it's like now.

    Hi all,

Just saw a three-manual Lowrey on e-bay. All three manuals are 61-key. I did not even know that Lowrey ever made a three-manual organ of any description. The link is http://cgi.ebay.com/Extremely-Rare-3...#ht_1687wt_934

    Later,
    Allen
Currently own: Roland Atelier AT-90, Yamaha 115D, Yamaha Clavinova CLP-970C, Yamaha PSR-S910
