Could this be a dream console for Andy G? What is it?

    Is this a customised R100?

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Hammond-Organ-...c#ht_500wt_951

    It looks great!
Almost like a TTR, almost like something a bit fancier again.
In East Sussex too. Pity I'm nowhere near the place or it'd be mine already!!

    So... what IS it?
Who's WAS it, and who's going to own it next?

Looks like an X77 to me. They're kinda like an H100 series with a few added attractions, plus they have their own dedicated Leslie speaker made just for this model organ; no console speakers though.

If it IS an X77 then it would be a dream console for Andy. I sure wish I lived in Essex, even just the UK, for that matter.

My goodness!!!! You're right. Google confirms you're right.
Dang oi!!! Someone on this forum must buy it!

Ah, but then it would be the X66 which would be Andy's dream model, they're 'UUGE and like a space shuttle console.

I'd love to have an X66. They go for so much money though! I can see my self with a wizard cap on in front of that thing.

Yes organ is an X-77 w/simliar preset percussion as has the T. This section adds Harp Sustain and Third harmonic and leaves off the celesta.

As I recall Andy has an X-66 on his wish list.

Unfortunately seller says 'what you see is what you get' so it looks like the pedals and X77 special Leslies have gone missing, probably no bench either.

The seller has an X77L on another listing:

The old promo book with all the models up to 1970 just mentioned the X77L as a single, but listed it as if a separate item from the organ. I notice the organ has no vibrato, "all animation is in the tone cabinet" says the book.

The job with the 2 speakers is that classy little beast, the TX500.
It's a pity the pedals aren't there, but I guess a standard 25 pedal board from another console could be substituted?

A wizard cap would suit an X66 purfickly. You'd be able to invite Rick Wakeman over for barbecues and cocktails!
