    I'm not a organist at all. I do have a 10 yr. son who has played 4 years of piano and started playing organ last December. I have played cornett, french horn, and guitar. My son has been blessed with opprotunities to play at our church service on the piano, some day he would like to be a music director/organist.

    I have my own law practice in Southern California. My hobbies include reading, playing golf (Saturday mornings at a local golf course), watching college football and playing on my Allen organ at home. I am a volunteer teacher of high school students at my church and I am currently studying spanish since I will be going on a short trip to Mexico with my church in a few weeks. Nowadays, I only play the organ outside my home at weddings. The people I most admire are Pope John Paul, Billy Graham, J.S. Bach and Ronald Reagan.

    All the best.

    HI!
    I am a church organist (35 Yrs.) to be exact. Played the church circuit, R.C., Baptist,
    Methodist, Lutheran.
    I am presently employed at a Lutheran congregation, probibly for the duration of my time.
    I am 68 years old, AND have no desire to move around anymore.
    I think i'll stay put.
    I have a real "decent" practice organ in my home, and enjoy all the organ literature of
    the masters.

    How do you roller skate and play the organ at the same time? :-}

    I'm 52, I had lessons in 1979-1981, but lost interest for a while (maybe I should have tried skating at the same time).
    Found e-bay, found a Hammond Elegante and a Yamaha E-70 then a Leslie and started all over again.
    I play for myself and family, but who knows...someday...? I like classical mostly and general easy listening/pop

    Someday I would like to install a pipe organ in my house.
