It's a Hammond Grandee MkII, circa 1976. Second model up in the first generation LSI consoles. Usual foibles, including LSI Disease (especially if it's been sitting there unplayed).

Value? Not that much, depends on location and demand (if there is any). Couple of hundred $ max, but probably less, I think.
