I bought a dead FS30 for AU$50. It had suffered a major power surge or lightning strikeand needed a lot of work. With the help ofa dedicated and generous forum member it is now working with the exception of the tremolo and symphonic effects. Given time I will get on top of this also. Just a bit busy with other things right now. But it is sounding just great as it is, using some of my external ampsandLeslie 705.>>
Now to your questions:>>
The FS30 has a master reset procedure by holding the BREAK button during power up. This may be different on your FS70. If you don’t have an owner’s manual - go to the Australian Yamaha Music website and it is there for you as a PDF for free.>>
The AUX input of my FS30 is amplified through the organs internal amps. It looks like you have a problem with your amps.
The audio amps of the FS30 are mounted on the bottom shelf of the organ. Easily recognized by the heat sinks keeping the Trannies cool. The FS30 has a stereo amp for the left and right channels and a mono amp for the centre channel.>>
Just looking at the Electone specs I believe the FS30 and FS70 have a lot in common - except for the 3rd keyboard. I have the FS-20/30 Service Manual and the FS-FX series Servicing Guide as scans. Send me a private message.>>
Cheers,>>
