    In your picture of the run motor - grab the shaft...

    In your picture of the run motor - grab the shaft as close to the TWG as you can (right below the trough that contains the oiling threads).
    If it turns easily (and keeps turning) nothing is frozen....

    Specs say 380 volts - but probably that's calculated for 110 volts not current line voltages around 120 - so add 10%...
