    l-100 chop (removing everything)

i own an l-100 and am considering chopping it down. how far can an lt be chopped? is it possible to turn it into an a model m without internal speakers even?.i have interest in having something to play chords on gigs, as i don't value the percussion or vibrato present in an L. and the cabinet and speakers aren't needed. i'm also considering building a new keybed for waterfall keys. is this all possible?

open for advice on bettering my b3, h-112, L-112, R-124, and crappy model 123 hammond organs.

Whats the point of all this modification? You want a gigging tonewheel hammond, but with waterfall keys?

To answer your question, you can chop it as far as you're willing. It IS all possible.

Mine and most everyone else's oppinion will be to find an M. no point in dumping that much time, cash and profanities into a worthless L. But then again, people do things that aren't quite efficient because of some fever we all have for hammonds. Be aware that the chopped spinnet will still be quite heavy.
