Hello,

I bought a second hand small reed organ for barely 100$
Technically, the instrument was in a good shape.
All but one key actuators were working fine.

Organ has one bass coupler and one treble coupler
Two knee actuators. One for volume (right one). The other is not clear to me up till now.

http://angelusorgan.blogspot.be/

The organ must have been built for a distributor called Bruton & Co based in Bristol, UK
The organ is named "The Angelus Organ"

Dismantle went smooth till I found out the reeds are not accessible. The Unit is glued to the base panel.
Would that indicate it was a cheaper model?

How can I tune the reeds? Probably impossible without destructive actions....

Although I'm not a pianist, I've been playing guitar for more than 20 years, play in a Neil Young tribute band.
I want to use the organ for piano parts in Neil Young songs. He plays an Estey Organ from 1885 in the unplugged version of like a hurricane

The organ sounds fairly OK alone, but has an obvious offset from the standard 440Hz tuning which might be a challenge during live gigs.

Can somebody help me assessing what category of organ this might have been?
High-End
Medium-End
Low-End

How would I tune these reeds when everything is glued together?

Many thanks in advance,

Kind regards,
