You can include a clickable email link in your post or signature by placing your email address inside a set of mail tags.
In order to illustrate we have to replace the < > characters with [ ] characters for the example.
For example, if you replace the [ ] in
admin@bargainsail.com
with < and > respectively, you will see
<mail>admin@bargainsail.com</mail>
in its place when your message is posted.
