Somebody has been posting the above organ for about a year now in the local craigslist. He keeps posting this ad over and over again and he keeps asking for $2000 for it. Is this worth that much any more?

It's the last and biggest of the Concorde/Aurora series organs, and by far the best. If it's all working it can make a great sound, but it suffers from the usual reliability problems of organs from this series.

As for value, the fact that it hasn't sold shows that the value is too high. Last time I saw one for sale over here in a dealer's store, he couldn't shift it and eventually took it the tip. I wish I'd known before! Last one on ebay over here didn't make more than a few hundred pounds. Maybe $1K is more like it for a fully working instrument.

I don't know where 'here' is but $2000 for an Elegante is high. The last few used ones sold around the Phoenix and Tucson area I think have all gone for under $1000 including one that had a nice 4 channel Leslie attached. Too many folks out there with used Hammonds think they have a high priced organ simply because it has a Hammond nametag on it and was an expensive model when new. But 'tain't so folks! Don S.
