Margo - most used organ of this vintage are worth "whatever you can get for them" condition and features not withstanding. The 609 is a smaller Conn church model intro'd in l978 and does not have a full 32 note pedalboard. So its value even as a practice organ is questionable. It also does not have the "fun features" someone looking for a home organ would want. Also I always wince whenever someone describes an organ as in "beautiful condition." What are the qualifications of the person making the judgement? Often that person is basing their opinion strictly on the condition of the cabinet which doesn't mean much when you are worrying about an organ where PARTS might be the biggest worry because of its age. Bottom line I would say if anyone comes along and offers anywhere in the $200 to $600 range take it and wish them a happy life with it. This was not a real expensive model even when new. Its going on 26 years old.
