Although Sir Charles Thompson was mainly known as a jazz pianist, he recorded one LP for Columbia (Sir Charles Thompson and the Swing Organ, CL 1364) in 1960 that featured Hammond Organ, a bit of piano, and a couple of backup musicians. As far as I know, that LP is still not available today on CD.
But I treasured those tracks in 1960, and still do today. I wonder if anybody else here ever heard that album?
