Hey, I'm 17, and I just got a 60's Baldwin Organ, perfect working order and even came with casettes and original booklets, I've always wanted to play the organ but I never had the chance to even sit down with one.
But I came across this one and it was just $100 so I couldn't pass it up, even though I wish it could give out a church-organ type sound, its still pretty damn cool, heres a picture:

Anyway, I was wondering if there was a place online that gave lessons for organ, or maybe a nice book I could buy somewhere (any you reccomend?) I used to play SOME keyboard (on an 80's Korg Synth,) I'm not that great at keyed-instruments in general (Although, I'm very good at fretted instruments, if I do say so myself)

P.S. I'm VERY into Baroque, not so much contemporary music, when it comes to Organs, Baroque is my favorite, I'm not looking into becoming a GREAT organ player, but a fairly 'okay' one, I'd like to play something like Purcell's Rondo, or Bach's Toccata & Fugue someday (Cliche, I know), or some Scarlatti.

Any pointers in the right direction?

May I suggest “Complete Organ Method: A Classic Text on Organ Technique” by John Stainer (ISBN: 0486430790). It is about a 144 page book and at only $12.95 USDs it’s not a bad deal. The actual instruction starts at about page 33 if I remember correctly (the beginning just describes the pipe organ and gives a history). It includes a total of 10 pieces with 5 of Stainer’s own works. I think 2 of the additional pieces are by Bach (at least one is for sure). The book does assume that you are fairly fluent on the piano, and I believe that if you’ve had some practice on the piano (it basically assumes that you can read music), then you should be fine. I bought mine at a local Border’s Bookstore, but you should be able to find at numerous places online.

It looks very nice. Too bad you don't have a full pedalboard. This out to get you started, at it doesn't look terribly hard to move if you upgrade at a later time.
