Hey everyone,
I like the combo section! Excellent idea to whoever started it.
So, tonight I was supposed to play in a pep-band style thing at a student council event at my high school. Our school's fancy workstations were in use elsewhere, so I hauled along my doric. I plugged it into an amp, and nothing came out. Under the hood, I decided to check the fuse. To make a long story short, I ended up with a pile of powdered glass in my lap, and a useless organ. Fortunately, I was able to run down the hall to the band room and grab my euphonium. I think I may safely lay claim to being the first person to play smoke on the water on euphonium.
Anyway, back to my issue. I'll dig the fuse out and do further troubleshooting sometime soon, but I was wondering if anyone can tell me the type of fuse that goes into one of these things. I believe the power supply is identical to a Vox Jaguar, Gem model P, maybe even a continental. So if anyone could tell me the fuse type, I would be very grateful. Thanks!
