Hey all, I've got the basic schematic for my A-100:Leslie (122/147) connector drawn up. I'm considering adding a Power-Amp-In to my box, which means a pre-amp signal sent in that sends to the Leslie amp with the organ signal. As a gig-rig I want to be able to hook up other instruments (Fender Rhodes or guitar) to a speaker without having to bring anything more than a rack pre-amp.

Basically, I want to make a 1/4" TS jack that connects to the 147 pin-1 and 6, and to a DI transformer for a balanced output to the 122 pins 1, 3, 5 (5-pin amphenol).

Will this work? Seems like if I have a pre amp signal coming in it should work, but I don't know how it will interact with the organ signal. Also, like the RCA jack on the volume pedal, it should work as a 1/4" out right? It'd need a pad, but still.

Or would I just be better off getting a 1/4" to RCA and go in through the swell pedal?

Try this first. That way whatever you plug in there will go to whatever you have hooked up to the A100 without complicated additional changes.
