Have just bought a complete one of these in slightly distressed condition but complete. Hopefully I can use it together with another I already have which is missing all the lower half and make a good one out of the two. At least these don't take up much room! Yes, I know I'm mad.................

Your NOT mad! You are just like myself! I have rebuilt the playing actiopn of my M&H and started on the cabinet. after the removal of a few screws, most of the sid panels virtually fell apart! So, now I am stripping the wood, replacing the panel inserts, and will sand and reglue the cabinet back together! Then, I am going to reconstruct the back panels for the instrument because they were not on the instrument! Lastly, the feeders and reservoir will be recovered and then the organ will receive finish and be reassembled! When this is all done, I will sit back and be the proud owner of a restored M&H! I am preparing to send pics of this project to the gallery. I(f you need dimensions for your missing bottom, I'll send you dimensions! Don't scrap the second organ, go for a victory and rebuild it also!!

You haven't said, but is your M&H a Style 109 too?
Thanks for the encouragement: yes, I had originally considered constructing the missing parts of my first one, and now that I have a complete one to copy that is probably what I should do. I look forward to seeing your pics in the gallery. I am collecting my latest one next weekend, on Saturday.
Well, it's either a case of neither of us is mad or we both are! Who are we to judge?
