Was it Shoeber or Schuber?

Does anyone remember the company that you could make your own Theatre or Pipe Organ at home, it came as a kit. Was it Shoeber or Schuber? Does anyone have one? Who remembers it?

I visited someone who built one of the kit organs back in the 70s. Although the design had some nifty aspects, the whole system had so much electronic interference and noise that one could hardly enjoy playing it.

I built a Schober Reverbatape unit and used it on my Hammond RT-3 for about ten years. It worked quite well.

They used to play up the Schober as it was some big pipe organ thing.

I remember the LP that had the haunting sounds of a ballgame, they called it!
