This appears to be a Fuga model from the mid-30s. The lower 12 notes of the pedal flute are from a free reed unit. In the proper environment, they sound pretty decent.
I could have bought one earlier this year (with a case not nearly as nice as the one shown on eBay) for $3,500. I declined as it was 3 ranks - a Salicional, Dulciana, and a Gedackt. I ended up buying a 4 rank Wicks for the same price with a Fagotto, Gedackt, Diapason, and Salicional. Also, the Wicks I bought had real pipes for the bottom octave of the pedal flute.
There is an organ like this on the Southern Indiana AGO site (www.siago.org) at a Catholic church in North Vernon, Indiana. There are a couple of audio examples of this organ included.
For those of you who have not seen this site, I believe it is one of the best AGO chapter sites I have ever seen.
