Has anyone else discovered the "Aeolus" pipe organ simulator for Linux? I've checked it out, but the sound doesn't find me convinced to change from my "Hauptwerk" project. Since the tone generation is synthesized, the sound is a "purer" Hammond-type sound. The one interesting thing is that it is totally synthesized and needs less than half a gigabyte of memory on a 1 GHz machine to run. Of course, you need to be well versed in Linux to make it work.
I was made aware of it on one of my organ mailing list groups. Just Google Aeolus and Linux to find sites on the Web.
