When I am not signed in, the Forum displays the correct local Pacific Daylight time. When I am signed in, the Forum displays Pacific Standard Time, which is an hour behind the current local daylight time. Oh well . . .
In my user profile the Timezone is set to "Pacific Time US and Canada" which was the only choice that made any sense for me. And yes, I keep my computer's clock current with local time when we change from Standard to Daylight and back again.
