I play a 2 manual Johannus at church and have a 2 manual Wyvern Sonata at home and both are satisfactory, though I find the Wyvern much more authentic and less cluttered with switches and the suchlike.
Copeman-Hart do some excellent jobs. We have a wonderful 3 manual job of theirs here in Mdina Cathedral - you can see it on their website. I gather they are rather costly, however.
